• Measurement of air infiltration in homes and apartments to determine build quality and provide recommendations on building performance improvements.

Structural reviews & certification:

• Structural calculations, specification & certification of building elements required for renovations & new-builds.

Building Comfort reviews:

• Overall building performance reviews including health of home, acoustics, ventilation & thermal.

Building energy audits & A/C sizing:

• Home energy audits conducted for new and existing homes, saving clients hundreds of dollars each quarter.
• High performance home planning, including upgrade pathways, validation & measurement, A/C sizing calculations & whole of home energy modelling. Our experience in this area includes design & specification for numerous 8 Star high performance homes, including two net Zero Energy Homes.

Net Zero Energy Buildings:

• Onsite energy demand modelling and sizing of Solar PV & Battery storage systems to offset whole of building energy usage for near zero, net zero or net surplus energy generation.

Technical review of systems & products:

• BCA & Standards compliance reviews, including preparation of CodeMark reviews & documentation audits.

Compliance & verification:

• Building code and Standards compliance reviews & technical literature gap analysis.
